I truly enjoyed the room with balcony, the bed was comfortable. Its staff was particularly helpful and extremely friendly❤❤

The location is superb, near the Gold Souk. The bathroom floor is very slippery and needs safety improvements.

The employees are all very polite and really friendly. Marvellous and convenient location to shopping areas, the hotel is so close to a bus stop. There's a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, like Shamiana, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

The unit we got was exceptionally clean with balconies, tea, for instance...

nothing, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had & I have been traveling for over 20 years. The food offered on the buffet was inedible, no option to order anything else, had to go out looking for a restaurant to get something to eat. Roaches in the room. Front desk refused to pay for airport taxi even tho it was listed as a courtesy service in their brochure displayed AT the front desk. Room was not ready when I arrived & I was also charged for late check-out since I was delayed returning from a tour. No consideration at all given to guests. I travel to this area frequently on business, as do several of my friends in Bahrain, be assured that we will not book this hotel and I will warn anyone else against it if I am asked for my advice.

was a superb base for trip. the venue was pleasant and incredibly beautiful, i really enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent very close to the metro station at baniyas square as well as lively area. my standard single room with balconies and a great view from the balcony plus bedroom was brand-new. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were an advantage.

easy access to parks and cultural landmarks all around

during my stay, I loved that the hotel is just 500 meters from the vibrant Bur Dubai Abra Dock, where you can catch a traditional boat ride, and also a short walk to the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, rich in culture and charm.

staff is good, it was central to where i was going, food is fair

price is too expensive for standards, no airport shuttle, can not be used for business trip, price on site must reflect what you will pay eg, dont put rate and when you get there get charged something else, try to have your prices to be inclusive of taxes that are obvious will have to be paid

It was just fair, Maybe because I have stayed @ flora grand 2ce, I was not happy woith florida international. I understand it is a budget hotel but at least let it reflecty d hoispitality the Flora group preaches

The staff at Wave International Hotel in Dubai are incredibly helpful. They provide wake-up calls and ironing services free of charge. I was delighted that requesting a Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony and coffee was hassle-free.

The towels and bed sheets are very very hold. I even purchased my own towel and bed sheet to use.
